SplitEven helps users scan receipts and split bills among friends. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not misuse or disrupt the app.

• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the app.
• You must not use the app for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of shared bill information.

2. Account & Data

SplitEven currently uses an anonymous device-based ID to store receipt history. If you uninstall the app or switch devices, your history may not be recoverable.

Future versions may offer account login and cross-device syncing.

3. Accuracy of Calculations

SplitEven uses AI to read receipts and calculate splits. While we aim for high accuracy, results may sometimes require manual correction.

• You should review totals before sharing splits.
• Users remain responsible for final payment amounts.

4. Advertising & Monetization

To keep SplitEven free, the app may display advertisements or offer optional rewarded ads for additional features.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep SplitEven available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued as we improve the product.

6. Limitation of Liability

SplitEven is provided "as is". We are not liable for payment disputes, incorrect splits, or financial decisions based on app output.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of SplitEven after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access if the service is misused or violates these terms.
